A teaching degree is optional but a life full of love for reading and learning is not. At Cypress Hybrid Academy, we desire teachers that are ready to fully embrace our Christ-centered Charlotte Mason Classical philosophy and bring this to life in the classroom. We believe students of all ages are to be treated as born persons. That means that children are not blank slates to be written on by adults but rather are born as their own unique selves and with the ability to learn. We desire teachers that will foster these children and their God given curiosity. We understand that our education philosophy may be unfamiliar, therefore, a desire and willingness to learn will be highly valued in our applicants.
